(A non-profit NARHA therapeutic riding hippotherapy center)
Halloween costumes are encouraged, but are not required.

Join us for our Autumn celebration at the farm with fun events:

  • Paint pumpkins and participate in Halloween fun and games
  • Tour the Haunted Barn & learn about the Ghost who haunts Heritage Hill
  • Observe therapeutic riding & hippotherapy demonstrations & meet the horses
  • Enjoy refreshments and an afternoon of fun in a peaceful, historic farm setting
  • Complimentary admission & wheelchair accessible, children must be supervised

Michigan Abilities Center’s Mission

Provide customized programs to achieve goals, improve function and quality of life, promote wellness, foster successful interpersonal relationships and life skills, enhance self-esteem, and empower children, adolescents, and adults who have physical, mental, emotional, or learning challenges. Promote healthy and wholesome lifestyles, enjoyable and efficacious therapeutic activities, and an appreciation of nature and history. Focus on abilities and strengths to facilitate functional gains and meaningful outcomes, objectively document the efficacy of interventions, and promote excellence in rehabilitation practice and research.
